Material Overview
C110 is electrolytic tough pitch copper with high electrical and thermal conductivity. It is used for terminals, busbar components, electrical contacts, electrodes and heat-transfer parts.
Copper is soft and ductile, so it can build up on the cutting edge and smear. Sharp tools, good coolant and a process designed for copper are required.
