Automotive Components We Machine

We machine brackets, housings, bushings, shafts, sensor mounts, adapter plates, prototype parts and low-volume production components. Parts are produced from customer drawings and CAD files.
The review covers the material, the critical fits, the surface treatment, the inspection plan and the production volume.

Materials and Processes

Common materials include 6061 and 7075 aluminum, carbon and alloy steel, stainless steel, brass and engineering plastics. Anodizing, passivation, plating and coating are reviewed for corrosion, wear and appearance.
The material grade, condition and heat treatment are confirmed before production.

IATF 16949 and PPAP Support

Zync Precision holds ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certifications. PPAP support is available for automotive programs; the required level and documentation should be stated in the RFQ.
We support dimensional inspection, material certificates, first article inspection and production quality records.
